Fortivant maintains organizational information provided by users for the purpose of delivering opportunity discovery, readiness evaluation, application workflow, and compliance tracking services.

We collect account information, organization-profile information, uploaded documents, and product usage data. We use this information to operate the platform, to generate opportunity matches, to produce readiness assessments, and to support customer service.

Fortivant does not sell personal information. Private workspace data is not used to train public AI models without explicit authorization.

Users may export or delete their organization's data from the application at any time. Refer to your organization administrator for role-based access decisions.
